Qualifications

• Associates degree and 2-4 years custodial/janitorial/maintenance experience or equivalent.
• 2 years experience supervising employees; preferably in a union environment.
• Knowledge of custodial/janitorial principles, equipment, tools, and materials.

Responsibilities

• Supervise custodial staff to ensure buildings and assets are clean.
• Perform visual inspections of all locations under responsibility.
• Administer various administrative functions such as payroll data submission.

Ability to supervise, train, and evaluate the work of others

Knowledge of custodial/janitorial principles

Ability to prioritize and assign work orders to staff

Education
