Job summary

Epitec seeks an experienced CSA Superintendent to lead civil, structural, and architectural field operations on major design-build projects. You will direct earthwork, foundations, steel erection, and building envelope activities, ensuring safety, quality, and accelerated schedules.

The role requires a 12+ year track record in industrial construction, OSHA 30, and strong leadership to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across heavy civil, structural, and architectural trades.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field or equivalent combination of education and field experience.
• Minimum 12 years of construction experience in civil/structural/architectural work, with at least 5 years as a Superintendent on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct civil, structural, and architectural field operations on large design-build projects.
• Lead earthwork, site utilities, foundation and concrete operations.
• Oversee structural steel erection, crane planning, and heavy lift sequencing.
• Coordinate building envelope and interior architectural finishes.
• Drive schedule execution and ensure critical-path milestones.
• Enforce safety programs and QA/QC for structural work.
• Manage subcontractors and field engineers to maintain schedule.
