Job summary

Ledgent Technology is seeking a CRM Developer to join a collaborative IT team and enhance critical business applications. This hands‑on role blends software development, integration, and business analysis, with a focus on C#/.NET, REST APIs, SQL, and Agile practices.

The ideal candidate adapts across technologies, learns quickly, and communicates effectively with business stakeholders. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Power Platform is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience in application development or related technical roles.
• Hands‑on development with C# and .NET.
• Experience with ASP.NET MVC and/or .NET Core.
• Strong understanding of OOP concepts.
• Experience with integration and SQL queries.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in a Windows-based environment; Azure exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and support CRM and business applications.
• Build and maintain applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC and/or .NET Core.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs for communication between systems.
• Design, develop, and support application integrations.
• Write and maintain SQL queries for functionality and data needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into specs.
• Participate in design discussions and suggest practical technical solutions.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows; maintain docs.
• Work with QA and business users throughout the development lifecycle.
• Assist in testing, deployments, and post‑production validation.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce technical debt.
