Job summary

ChemTreat, a Veralto company, seeks a Credit, Collections, and Cash Supervisor at our Glen Allen, VA office. This onsite leadership role oversees day-to-day AR activities, payments application, and team development to support cash flow and working capital objectives.

You will coach associates, monitor performance metrics, resolve escalations, and partner with Treasury, Accounts Receivable, Customer Service, and Sales to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of collections and AR processes.
• Experience researching unapplied cash and remittance processing.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Ability to analyze payment trends and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships to collect accounts receivable and resolve payment issues.
• Lead daily performance, coach associates, and drive process improvements.
• Manage teams for collections, discrepancy resolution, and cash application.
• Oversee timely and accurate application of customer payments.
• Monitor aged cash and ensure proper remittance application.
• Coordinate with Treasury, AR, Customer Service, and Sales to resolve issues.
• Establish and monitor KPI related to collections and cash accuracy.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and escalate complex issues.
