Job summary

Community Health Centers is seeking a Credentialing Coordinator to ensure compliance with credentialing policies across Licensed Independent Practitioners, Other Clinical Licensed Practitioners, and other staff. The role focuses on initial appointments, reappointments, monitoring, and privileging in a compliant, policy-driven environment.

The position requires a minimum of two years in healthcare credentialing; an Associate's degree is preferred, and certification is encouraged to advance within

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' credentialing and privileging experience in a healthcare setting.
• Proficient with provider enrollment/credentialing software.
• High school degree required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure organizational compliance with credentialing and HR policies.
• Facilitate initial appointment, reappointment, monitoring, and privileging for LIPs and other staff.
• Translate credentialing standards into compliant practices.
