Job summary

Fischer Homes is seeking a Creative Marketing Specialist to coordinate creative marketing projects across brand assets, collateral, signage, digital content, and production support. You will move requests from intake through approvals, production, and distribution, ensuring materials stay current and aligned with brand standards.

This 100% onsite role in Erlanger, KY starts day one, with compensation of $20-24/hr.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Art, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven ability to organize multiple creative requests, timelines, approvals, and follow-up.
• Strong attention to content accuracy, formatting, and brand compliance.
• Excellent communication with internal partners and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate creative requests from intake through approvals, production, and distribution.
• Ensure materials are accurate, timely, and aligned with brand standards.
• Maintain organized asset libraries, templates, files, and ordering platforms.
• Support photo/video shoots and related production logistics.
• Assist with updates to digital content, presentations, signage, and customer-facing materials.
• Track invoices and project details, communicating with stakeholders as needed.
• Identify improvements for recurring creative workflows and participate in training.
