The Fischer Group is seeking a Creative Marketing Specialist to coordinate creative marketing projects across brand assets, collateral, signage, digital content, and production support. This onsite role in Erlanger, KY supports sales by delivering accurate, timely, brand-aligned materials.

The position requires a four-year degree and offers opportunities to work with branding, content management, and production workflows across teams.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Art, or Communications.
• One or more years of experience in marketing, design, communications, project coordination, or a related field.
• Experience in homebuilding, real estate, retail, hospitality, or another brand-driven environment.
• Familiarity with creative asset libraries, content management, social platforms, or website update workflows.

Responsabilités

• Support creative marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and support sales success.
• Coordinate creative requests, timelines, approvals, and follow-up to keep projects on schedule.
• Assist with ordering, producing, and distributing collateral, signage, and other branded materials.
• Review creative materials for accuracy and alignment with brand standards before distribution or installation.
• Maintain organized asset libraries, templates, files, and ordering platforms so teams can access current, approved materials.
• Support photo and video shoots, including related production logistics.
• Assist with creative updates to digital content, presentations, signage, and customer-facing materials.
• Coordinate with vendors, printers, photographers, videographers, installers, and other partners to support timely, accurate execution.
