The Fischer Group is seeking a Division Marketing Coordinator to support division sales by coordinating marketing initiatives that drive traffic, appointments, and revenue. You will ensure collateral, events, communications, and administrative processes align with brand standards, working with division teams and vendors to keep projects moving and materials ready.

This 100% onsite role is in Erlanger, KY, starting day one, with compensation of $20-24 per hour.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications, Business, or related field.
• One year of marketing, administrative, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Experience supporting events, promotions, digital content updates, or vendor coordination preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate division marketing initiatives to drive traffic, appointments, and sales.
• Oversee production and distribution of collateral, signage, model home items, and promo materials.
• Review marketing materials for accuracy and brand consistency.
• Support event planning and execution, including scheduling and logistics.
• Maintain community, model, and market-home marketing readiness and listings updates.
• Process invoices and vendor paperwork to ensure timely payments.
• Gather and organize meeting materials for division and sales meetings.
• Coordinate with internal partners and outside vendors to keep projects on schedule.
• Provide professional support to Sales and division teams.
• Identify ways to improve recurring marketing processes and participate in training.
