Job summary

L&R Distributors in Encinitas, CA is seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage PO audits, ensure NetSuite accuracy, and support program launches. This onsite role requires partnering with sales, operations, and customers to secure SJ margin and timely execution.

You will coordinate cross-functionally to create selling materials and support new programs, while driving project timelines and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 3+ years of experience in consumer product goods.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with a problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the PO audit process, to ensure all incoming POs from customers are accurate and inputted into NetSuite once confirmed.
• Responsible for the coordination internally and externally if incoming POs are inaccurate to correct as needed to ensure SJ margin is maintained as expected.
• Responsible for key administrative activities for new programs and items across existing and new customers to drive the project timeline to meet critical deadlines.
• Supports the sales team in creation of new selling materials for new and existing customers.
• Support continuous improvement opportunities where identified.
