Job summary

LC Marketing Corp in San Diego seeks a Marketing Coordinator who is highly organized, resourceful and execution-focused to join our in-office team in Rancho Bernardo.

This hands-on role coordinates marketing materials, manages timelines, and collaborates with sales, creative and vendors to move projects forward. 2–4 years in marketing or project coordination preferred; strong MS Office and project management skills required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of marketing, project coordination or related experience.
• Strong organization, follow-through and attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication and proofreading skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Strong PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with project management platforms.
• Food, CPG, retail or agency experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sell sheets, presentations, marketing materials and sales tools.
• Own email outreach process.
• Manage creative requests from vendors, LCM + retailers, timelines, revisions and approvals.
• Gather and organize product information, photography, specifications and assets.
• Support packaging, product launches and retailer-specific projects.
• Coordinate product photography and sample needs.
• Conduct category, competitive and retailer research.
• Maintain project trackers, marketing files and asset libraries.
• Support website, email and company marketing initiatives.
• Work across sales, creative, vendors and leadership to keep projects moving.
