Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Project Management, or related field; equivalent combination may be considered.
• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, project management, program management, account management, or related roles.
• Proven experience managing complex customer programs and cross-functional projects.
• Experience using CRM systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple customer programs and sales-related projects simultaneously.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and accountability measures.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address delays, risks, and bottlenecks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of customer commitments.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Partner with Sales and Operations to support strategic customer accounts.
• Assist with onboarding, program launches, product transitions, and implementation activities.
• Serve as a point of escalation for project-related customer concerns.
