• Ten or more years of experience providing construction contract change management services for infrastructure projects.
• Experience delivering CM and contract administration within the last 15 years for multi-million-dollar projects.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business administration, or related field.
• Proficiency with contract requirements, change management processes, and cost analyses.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction contract change management and contract administration for various projects.
• Support resident engineer in administering contract terms and conditions.
• Manage change processes, reviews, and negotiations for change orders.
• Prepare change orders, maintain contract files, and track payments.
• Review RFIs and project correspondence for contractual conformance.
• Assist in project closeout activities to ensure all requirements are met.
