Job summary

Solugenix is seeking a Corporate Event Planner I for a 12-month contract based in Los Angeles, onsite. You will support planning and execution of internal meetings, training programs, and leadership events to align with business goals and engage associates.

As a junior to mid-level planner, you will collaborate with METS Planners, manage timelines, vendor relations, and attendee communications while handling routine challenges with guidance from managers.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of meeting planning processes and event logistics.
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines for events of varying scope.
• Strong vendor negotiation and contract review skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan meetings and events from concept to execution with attention to agenda, logistics, and attendee experience.
• Coordinate venue, A/V, food & beverage, transportation, accommodations, and budgets for events.
• Select and negotiate vendor/venue contracts with cost, risk, and service considerations.
