Randstad USA in Delano, CA is seeking a motivated recruitment and onboarding professional to post job openings, recruit talent, and onboard new hires. You will deliver excellent client and employee service while coordinating attendance and safety initiatives.
The role requires the ability to collaborate with the client on employee relations, ensure policy adherence, and support timekeeping using UKG. Weekend work may be included based on production needs.
