Job summary

Randstad USA in Delano, CA is seeking a motivated recruitment and onboarding professional to post job openings, recruit talent, and onboard new hires. You will deliver excellent client and employee service while coordinating attendance and safety initiatives.

The role requires the ability to collaborate with the client on employee relations, ensure policy adherence, and support timekeeping using UKG. Weekend work may be included based on production needs.

Responsibilities

• Post job openings, recruit, and onboard new hires.
• Provide excellent customer service to the client and employees.
• Work closely with the client to assist with employee relations concerns.
• Implement, monitor, and comply with company programs and initiatives.
• Send out daily attendance reports to supervisors and managers.
• Effectively multitask and prioritize work to ensure quality service for the customer.
• Work closely with employees to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and PPE usage.
• Take attendance for orientation and verify employee identities.
• Conduct daily safety walks and maintain a presence on the production floor.
• Send out work schedules and track attendance.
• Complete injury reports and arrange clinic visits and transportation for talent as needed.
• Maintain UKG timekeeping and assist with employee clock activations.
