Schreiber Foods in Richland Center, Wisconsin, is hiring two Electrical Controls Engineers to improve productivity, quality and capacity in an automated food manufacturing environment. The role focuses on control systems optimization, maintenance automation training, and capital projects, with on-site work only.

The position requires a BS in Electrical Engineering and 3+ years in electrical control systems, with experience in Rockwell PLCs, SCADA, HMIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in electrical control system programming, electrical system design, and project management.
• Experience reading electrical drawings and working in cross-functional teams.
• Willing to work on-site at Richland Center, WI.

Responsibilities

• Execute Electrical, Instrumentation, and Controls projects against commitments per EPM principles.
• Coach and train maintenance team members on electrical automation topics.
• Manage electrical and engineering contractors’ performance.
• Improve production efficiency and uptime through controls optimization opportunities.
• Monitor and maintain plant control systems (network health, controller functionality).
• Develop SCADA/HMI/MES and data reporting solutions for performance improvements.
