Flexibility to work Monday–Friday with some Saturdays, and alignment with established lab procedures are required. Experience in phlebotomy and data entry will support successful performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical training or phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).

Responsibilities

• Draw blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Maintain a safe, professional environment and accurate records.
• Explain procedures to patients and ensure confidentiality.
