Pride Health is seeking a Phlebotomist for a contract assignment in Pompano Beach, FL 33062. The role covers blood collection by venipuncture and capillary techniques across all ages, plus specimen processing and data entry.

Work hours are 6am–3pm, Monday to Friday with rotating Saturdays; duration is 3–4 months with strong potential to convert to full-time. Requires a high school diploma; 3 years phlebotomy experience preferred; FL license preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years phlebotomy experience required.
• Pediatrics phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs blood collection by venipuncture and capillary technique from patients of all age groups.
• Performs specimen processing and EKG in a safe, accurate, and professional manner.
• Performs order entry; retrieves and verifies patient collection data and patient special notations using appropriate sources.
