Job summary

System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, are leaders in providing outsourced services across North America. This onsite contract Lab Technician II role in Athens, GA runs 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with some weekend/holiday work.

You will ensure SOP compliance, assist training, maintain documentation, support EHS initiatives, and participate in site projects. A High School Diploma is required; Biology degree or related field and 1+ year of lab or manufacturing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred Biology degree or related field; 1+ year lab/manufacturing experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Clean room and aseptic technique knowledge.
• Basic Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Basic math skills and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database software.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure SOPs followed during processes.
• Assist training of current and new employees.
• Complete and review in-process documentation for accuracy.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support Environment, Health and Safety programs.
• Assess individual performance for continuous improvement.
• Assist site projects including deviation/change control management.
