Job summary

Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, is seeking a Contract Administrator to bridge Sales and Production at our Farmingdale, NY site. You will review contracts, ensure accurate documentation, and manage orders in rForce, supporting timely, compliant processing.

You’ll handle file organization, resolve issues, and maintain data integrity while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in a related field preferred.
• At least 2 years’ experience in contract/order processing or similar roles.
• Knowledge of window/door products and installation is a plus.
• Proficiency with rForce (Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and digital filing.

Responsibilities

• Contract Review: Verify customer info, product specs, pricing, permits, signatures, financing, and other required documentation.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and communicate missing or incorrect info, place jobs on hold if needed, track follow-ups, and elevate unresolved issues.
• CRM Management: Convert approved opportunities to sold orders in rForce, ensuring data accuracy.
• File Management: Upload and organize all related documents securely and systematically within rForce.
• Quality Control: Ensure orders meet standards before production, identify error trends, and support process improvements.
• Duplicate & Exception Control: Prevent billing duplicates, canceled jobs, and overlapping schedules.
• Performance Metrics: Maintain accuracy, timeliness, professionalism, and compliance in contract processing.
