Renewal by Andersen is seeking an accomplished installer to perform window and door installations, with a focus on high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. The role requires readiness to set up jobs, install and remove products, and maintain clean, safe work sites.

You will work with integrity and deliver world-class service to homeowners. Flexible schedule and year-round work are provided, along with comprehensive training, all materials provided, and opportunity for bonus

PURPOSE: Renewal by Andersen window and door subcontracting partners are masters at their craft and provide superior service to our customers. Responsibilities

• Ensures work sites are set up
• Performs basic to routine window or door installations and removal
• Performs work site tear down and clean-up of the entire job site in accordance with Renewal by Andersen's guidelines
• Work with integrity and provide world-class customer service to Renewal by Andersen's customers

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of window installation and remodeling experience
• A proven track record of superior workmanship
• Self-motivation and results orientation
• A strong focus on customer service
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
• Provide references of your past work
• Ownership of your own truck, trailer and tools
• Scheduled availability to work when homeowners are available and in their homes (between the hours of 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.)
• Time and work process management skills with the ability to work independently
• Possess a Certified Lead Renovator Certificate
• Provide Certificate insurance with the following requirements:
  • General Liability - $1Million Each Occurrence
  • Automobile Liability - $1Million Combined Single Limit
  • Worker's Compensation -- $1 Million Policy Limit
