Job summary

Kelly is seeking Onsite Call Center Sales Representatives in Naperville, IL for a temporary to hire role working 100% in-office. Starting pay is $17.25 per hour, rising to $18.25 plus commissions after training, with higher rates for bilingual Spanish speakers.

You will engage customers by phone and online to promote home warranty and energy products, perform outbound and inbound calls, and meet sales targets using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot. A HS diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Proven ability to upsell and cross-sell and meet sales targets.
• Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce or HubSpot).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
