Job summary

D. R. Horton is seeking an Assistant Superintendent for the Morgantown area. The successful candidate will assist in managing the community job site concerning home construction while ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include inspecting homes, scheduling inspections, and enforcing safety and quality standards. The role requires a high school diploma and relevant experience. An excellent benefits package is offered, including medical, dental, and vacation time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Six months to 2 years of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect each home daily to assure workmanship quality.
• Schedule and walk inspections with inspectors.
• Conduct homeowner orientation to ensure satisfaction.
