Qualifications

• 5+ years as Superintendent or similar on ground-up commercial projects over $5M.
• Staff management experience.
• Excellent safety record.
• Experience with diverse field personnel and subs.
• Comfortable with self-perform work.
• Procore or similar project management software.
• Detail oriented and organized; commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onsite management from inception to final acceptance.
• Lead CPM schedule updates and 2-week look ahead planning.
• Ensure safety; conduct toolbox talks; maintain daily diary.
• Manage subcontractors, trades, and field documentation.
• Coordinate mobilization, site setup, and project closeout.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain site security and E&S measures.
