Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Construction Planner/Scheduler to join our team for a major power generation buildout in West Texas. The ideal candidate will update and maintain the construction schedule with a strong focus on schedule integrity and reporting.

Role requires on-site presence in Pecos, TX, with a six weeks on-site, two weeks off rotation and competitive compensation. Minimum 10 years of scheduling experience and Primavera P6 expertise are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of construction scheduling experience on large projects.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and risk analysis software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple sources of schedule inputs into a master schedule platform.
• Deliver project status reports and maintain schedule integrity.
• Develop scheduling strategy and ensure integration across teams.
• Manage schedule interfaces between contractors and internal teams.
• Perform critical path analysis and probabilistic schedule analysis.
• Support on-site rotations and client coordination.
