Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Construction Planner/Scheduler to join our team in Pecos, TX, for a major power generation buildout. The role emphasizes updating and maintaining the construction schedule, working on site six weeks on, two weeks off, with on-site accommodations and meals provided.

The candidate should have 10–15 years of Primavera P6 experience on large capital projects, strong communication skills, and a solid project controls background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of applicable experience.
• Experience with Primavera P6 scheduling for large-scale projects.
• Experience in Oil & Gas or power generation projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize inputs into a master schedule and deliver project status reports.
• Maintain the construction schedule and ensure integration with program schedules.
• Manage schedule interfaces between contractors and project teams.
• Perform critical path analysis and probabilistic scheduling.
• Adhere to applicable SOX controls where required.
