Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Construction Planner/Scheduler for a major power generation buildout in Pecos, TX. The role emphasizes updating and maintaining the construction schedule and requires on-site presence six weeks on, two weeks off.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in project controls with Primavera P6, strong critical path and risk analysis skills, and proven coordination with multi-discipline teams. Excellent communication and on-site execution capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, engineering or field related to construction.
• Minimum 10 years of applicable scheduling experience on large capital projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and risk analysis tools (Acumen Fuse, etc.).
• Experience developing, reviewing and baselining project schedules with critical path analysis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize multiple inputs into a master schedule and deliver status reports.
• Promote integration of contractor schedules within the Program schedules and ensure data quality.
• Perform critical path analysis and probabilistic schedule analysis.
• Provide interface and QA to project teams and contractors on schedule tracking.
• Support the enterprise cross-functional master schedule program and reporting.
• Prepare staffing, progress and customized reports for management.
