Job summary

Stevens Engineers & Constructors, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Construction Scheduler to join our Pittsburgh Operations Team in Canonsburg, PA.

You will develop, maintain, and optimize project schedules using Primavera P6 to ensure timely completion and optimal resource use, coordinating with the operations scheduling team and project managers. The ideal candidate has five or more years of construction scheduling experience, expert Primavera P6 skills, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of construction scheduling experience.
• Expert level Primavera P6 proficiency.
• Preferred PSP, PMI-SP, or OSHA 10/30 certifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules reflecting scope and timelines.
• Identify critical paths and bottlenecks to mitigate risks.
• Coordinate with operations, PMs, and stakeholders on scheduling.
• Establish baselines and track progress, reporting deviations.
• Analyze historical data to improve scheduling efficiency.
• Support cost reporting and prepare schedule narratives.
• Ensure on-site schedule integrity for Canonsburg projects.
