Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience developing resource- and cost-loaded schedules.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Familiarity with TILOS and Acumen software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Linear Schedule Method (LSM) and CPM schedules with resource and cost loading.
• Collaborate with engineers, estimators, procurement, suppliers, and trade contractors to baseline and update schedules.
• Align schedules with WBS and financial breakdown structures.
• Produce cash flow curves and track earned value metrics and KPIs.
• Support teams in optimizing sequences, durations, and risk management.
