Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Construction Planner/Scheduler to join our team in Pecos, TX, providing scheduling services for a major power generation buildout. The ideal candidate will update and maintain the construction schedule with strong project controls expertise and on-site presence.

The role requires on-site work in Pecos, TX, with six weeks on-site followed by two weeks off in project rotation. We offer on-site accommodations and meals, and a highly competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of applicable experience in project scheduling.
• Experience developing, reviewing, and baselining project schedules with critical path analysis.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and risk analysis tools such as Acumen Fuse.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize multiple schedule inputs into a master schedule and deliver status reports.
• Maintain integration and integrity of contractor schedules within the program schedules.
• Provide QA on schedule tracking and reporting with project teams and contractors.
• Support implementation of an enterprise-wide cross-functional master schedule program.
• Prepare staffing, engineering, and construction progress and customized reports.
• Perform critical path and probabilistic analyses on schedules.
