Job summary

TAI is seeking a Construction Safety Officer to lead onsite safety for a major capital improvement project at a large manufacturing facility in Denver. You will partner with project teams, contractors, and site leadership to drive a proactive safety culture and ensure safe project execution from planning through completion.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of construction safety experience in industrial settings, with strong knowledge of OSHA, risk assessment, and incident

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of construction safety experience in industrial, manufacturing, utility, energy, or heavy industrial projects.
• Experience overseeing safety for contractors and multiple trades on active construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary safety representative for the project and contractor activities.
• Promote OSHA compliance and client safety policies across site operations.
• Conduct field safety audits, inspections, and observations of construction activities.
• Identify hazards and at-risk behaviors and facilitate corrective actions.
• Develop and communicate project-specific safety programs and expectations.
