Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of construction safety experience, OSHA 30 and OSHA 10 certifications, and proven ability to communicate with project teams, subcontractors, and management on safety matters.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction safety experience.
• Experience in commercial construction preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to enforce safety policies in the field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site safety inspections and audits
• Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies
• Lead toolbox talks, safety orientations, and daily safety briefings
• Identify, document, and correct unsafe conditions and behaviors
• Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions
• Maintain safety documentation, reports, and compliance records
• Work closely with field supervision and project management teams
• Monitor subcontractor compliance and jobsite safety performance
• Support a culture of accountability and proactive hazard prevention
