Job summary

Keeley Companies is seeking a Site Safety Technician for a 12-month project in Wynnewood, OK, supporting our Heavy Industries Group. The role focuses on OSHA compliance, hazard identification, and safety training to protect workers on site.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree in safety or related field, 1–3 years of industrial construction safety experience, and OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred in safety/related field.
• 1–3 years of safety experience in industrial/mechanical construction or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and incident investigation.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled inspections to identify hazards and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Develop and deliver safety training on PPE and safety protocols.
• Assist in creating and enforcing safety policies reflecting best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Lead accident investigations to determine root causes and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to address safety concerns.
• Maintain records of inspections, incidents, and training sessions.
• Participate in safety meetings to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in construction safety.
