Job summary

Keeley Construction is seeking a Site Safety Technician for a 12-month Heavy Industries project in Wynnewood, OK. You will lead inspections, safety trainings, and incident investigations to ensure OSHA compliance and a safe, compliant worksite.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate degree in safety-related field and 1–3 years of industrial construction safety experience; OSHA 30-hour preferred. Must be able to work on the Oklahoma job site.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in safety-related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of industrial construction safety experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and incident investigations.
• OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.
• Able to work on the project site in Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections to identify hazards and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs, including PPE usage and safety protocols.
• Enforce safety policies reflecting current best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Lead investigations into accidents and near-misses and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors on safety concerns and alignment of expectations.
• Maintain records of inspections, incidents, and training sessions.
• Participate in safety meetings and committees to promote continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in construction safety.
