Turner & Townsend is seeking a Construction Site Safety Facilitator Assistant to support hyper-scale data center projects across West Texas. You will monitor GC safety, collect field data, and assist with daily walkabouts under the guidance of the Site Safety Facilitator.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, 1–3 years on active construction sites, OSHA 10/30, and strong organizational skills; proficient with Word/Excel and eager to learn safety processes while working onsite with the

• High School diploma or GED required; associate/bachelor’s degree in Safety or Construction Management is a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience on active construction sites or in field safety operations.
• OSHA 10-Hour or 30-Hour Construction Certification (or willing to obtain within 30 days).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite; strong organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in daily walkabouts and safety tours to identify hazards.
• Assist in monitoring GC and subcontractor safety compliance and PPE usage.
• Support the Boots on the Ground safety program and hazard recognition.
• Collect and input daily/weekly EHS metrics and incident data.
• Draft weekly EHS summary reports and assist with monthly GC evaluations.
• Maintain organized EHS documents, SDS, and site orientation records.
• Attend daily safety meetings and toolbox talks, recording action items.
• Assist with emergency preparedness tasks and maintain evacuation maps.
