Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Construction Site Safety Facilitator Assistant to support hyper-scale data center projects in West Texas. You will monitor GC safety performance, collect data, and assist with daily field activities under mentorship from the Safety Facilitator.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years on active sites, OSHA training, and strong organizational skills. Onsite work, safety reporting, and collaboration with managers are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s in safety/construction a plus.
• 1–3 years on active construction sites or field safety operations.
• OSHA 10/30-hour Construction Certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily safety walks and site tours with safety facilitator, GC reps, and owner management to identify hazards.
• Monitor GC and subcontractor safety compliance with basic safety codes and site rules.
• Assist in safety initiatives like the Boots on the Ground program.
• Gather, verify, and input daily/weekly EHS metrics and incident data.
