Actalent seeks an Assistant Project Manager in Rogers, MN to oversee the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects. You will coordinate schedules, manage budgets, and liaise with clients and subcontractors to ensure milestones are met.

Responsibilities include RFIs, submittals, buyout activities, and closeout documentation, with a focus on maintaining quality and timely delivery in a fully onsite role.

Qualifications

• Experience on commercial construction projects.
• Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• Experience with cost management and budget tracking.
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, and subcontracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project life cycle from planning to closeout.
• Create and track project budgets to meet goals.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and subcontracts.
• Support buyout activities and subcontractor coordination.
• Support closeout with documentation and punch lists.
