Job summary

Greystar is seeking an intern for its student housing construction site at Ole Miss in Oxford, MS. The role supports the Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager and Superintendent with planning and execution, including maintaining schedules and budgets, and general construction management.

Responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors, assisting with change management, and preparing necessary documentation.

Qualifications

• Internship or field experience in construction.
• Strong organizational, time-management and project management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with owners, architects and subcontractors.
• Self-starter with limited guidance and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with subcontractors and project team.
• Assists in managing site, subcontractors and inspections to avoid delays.
• Participates in punch lists, city inspections, safety and quality reviews.
• Supports project controls: RFIs, submittals, document management, changes.
• Reviews budgets and schedules; assists with progress reporting.
• Attends OAC meetings and prepares meeting minutes.
