Job summary

Next150 Construction Services is seeking a Construction Project Engineer III to support project teams on-site in US-SC Rock Hill and US-NC Charlotte. Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar field.
• 3+ years with a large trade contractor, construction management or general contractor.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and distribute project information with the Project Manager.
• Maintain real-time contract document logs and status reports for RFIs/submittals.
• Prepare and review change management reports, estimates, and cost documents.
• Develop scopes of work for bid packages and coordinate with trade contractors.
