Job summary

Consigli Construction Co. seeks a Project Engineer to support on-site project execution within the Project Management division.

The PE will coordinate with subcontractors, vendors and consultants, and manage submittals, RFIs, and safety documentation using Procore. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager / Project Executive, you will maintain accurate field records, track material delivery, and contribute to safety and quality programs while advancing through the Consigli Project Engineer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or architecture preferred.
• Internship experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of construction including schedule logic, budgets and project documentation.
• Procore and MS Office proficiency expected.

Responsibilities

• Document Control: manage project documentation timely and accurately.
• RFIs: prepare and submit information requests and distribute responses.
• Submittals: create and manage the submittal log and obtain approvals.
• Safety Documentation: upload and track safety paperwork with field staff.
• Field Reporting: track field activities and report to stakeholders.
• Punch List: maintain log and coordinate completion with subs.
• Observations/Field Reports: conduct walks and resolve open items.
• Project Meetings: generate agendas and distribute minutes.
• Coordination: interface with client and design team throughout the project.
• Material Delivery: monitor delivery dates and maintain delivery logs.
