Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management or similar.
• Knowledge of construction methods, safety, and project controls.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Field Management, safety, and quality coordination with subs and teams.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, logs, and project communications.
• Assist with budgets, costs, invoicing, and cost reporting.
• Support scheduling and sequencing with the project team.
• Identify and track scope changes and design coordination issues.
• Support project startup, closeout, and handover documentation.
