Responsibilities

• Field Management, Safety, and Quality: coordinate with superintendent, subcontractors, and field teams; perform site reporting and controls.
• Document Control and Project Communications: manage submittals, RFIs, drawings, and meeting minutes.
• Scheduling: assist in updating progress schedules and planning construction operations.
• Financial Management: assist with budgets, costs, invoicing, and cost reporting; understand cost codes and budgets.
