Jacobs is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Aurora, CO. You will report to the Program Manager and lead the delivery from conception through completion, ensuring budget, schedule, and scope alignment while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field, construction management, or architecture.
• 5+ years of related construction PM experience on building projects.
• 5+ years as a PM in an engineering, environmental, or construction organization.
• Strong knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems, contract management, and client relations.
• Willing to commute daily to Aurora, CO.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite Owners Representative, ensuring project progress, technical performance, and safety.
• Manage material, schedule, cost, scope, and safety to deliver value and reduce costs.
• Provide effective project management using proven techniques and maintain client relationships.
