Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for an on-site role in Atlanta, GA. This contract position supports construction oversight, field execution, and coordination with general contractors and stakeholders to align with schedule and safety requirements.

The role requires 10+ years of PM experience, Procore expertise, and strong communication. PMP/PMI cert is preferred. Monday–Friday, 40h/week with potential extension based on performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction management or construction PM experience.
• Experience reading drawings, specs, plans and technical docs.
• Hands-on Procore experience in a project environment.
• Strong site walks and field progress assessment.
• Experience coordinating contractors, engineers and stakeholders.
• General Contractor experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safety, quality control, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite construction PM and oversight throughout execution.
• Conduct regular site walks to monitor progress and milestones.
• Review construction drawings, specs, and documentation.
• Track RFIs and drive resolution with open items.
• Use Procore to navigate project docs and RFIs.
• Coordinate activities across general contractors and subs.
• Track lease deliverables and related construction requirements.
• Identify field risks and escalation paths.
• Lead meetings and progress reviews with stakeholders.
• Ensure safety compliance and quality to design intent.
• Provide clear progress updates and recommended actions.
