Actalent is seeking a Construction Project Manager for Atlanta, GA to oversee non-IT construction and telecom projects from planning through execution. You will coordinate across engineering, production, and related functions to ensure safe, on-time delivery within scope and high-quality results.

The role requires 10+ years PM experience in construction/telecom, strong client communication, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Competenze

• 10+ years of project management experience in construction and telecommunications.
• Experience in construction and telecommunications construction, including project coordination and field execution.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam for document review and markups.
• Experience with P6 (Primavera) scheduling software is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to build client relationships and support cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to analyze technology and market demand to inform project planning and feasibility assessments.

• Coordinate construction and telecommunications projects by developing detailed plans, milestones, and timelines.
• Direct and integrate technical activities across engineering, production, and related functions.
• Present and explain project proposals, status reports, and findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Recruit project team members, assign tasks, direct daily activities, and evaluate performance.
• Oversee staff development through coaching, feedback, and training initiatives.
• Analyze technologies, resource requirements, and market demand to plan projects and assess feasibility, risk, and potential impact.

• Review project contracts, cost estimates, and change orders, and approve them in alignment with objectives.

• Use MS Project, Bluebeam, and P6 to track schedules and deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation for continuous improvement.
