Qualifications

• Minimum three years of construction-related experience.
• Experience supporting construction administration or field observation duties.
• Must be U.S. citizens or residents, able to obtain VA PIV credential.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily onsite field observations documenting construction progress and compliance.
• Monitor contractor activities for conformance with approved drawings and standards.
• Identify and track deficiencies and non-conforming work.
