Job summary

Ameritech Facility Services is seeking a Field Superintendent to oversee on-site construction and facility service projects. You will coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and schedules to deliver safe, on-time work within budget and aligned with customer requirements.

You will report to the Project Manager, manage site safety, maintain quality standards, and provide regular progress updates. Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills are essential to keep projects moving and

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in general contracting and construction management.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and project documents.
• Proficiency with hand tools and construction equipment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site activities from mobilization through completion.
• Supervise field personnel, including Lead Technicians and crews.
• Ensure work meets project specs, standards, and budget.
• Provide detailed daily/weekly project reports to the Project Manager.
• Foster positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Enforce site safety and project protocols.
