Job summary

The ideal candidate has a BS in Construction Management or equivalent experience, along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. A bilingual capability in English and Spanish is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 7 years of extensive experience in construction required.
• 5-8 years in a supervisory construction role.
• OSHA 30-hour construction certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all phases of construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors and material deliveries.
• Maintain daily reports of construction activities.

Skills

Ability to read and interpret design drawings

Proficient understanding of scheduling processes

Effective problem-solving skills

Bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred)

Excellent time management skills

Education

BS in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Construction Sciences
