You will ensure safety, quality control, subcontractor coordination, and strict adherence to project schedules, with full-time on-site presence through project completion.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a Superintendent on complex projects, deep knowledge of drawings/CPM, and experience with government contracts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience serving as a Superintendent on projects of similar size, value, and complexity.
• Proven ability to read, interpret, and analyze complex construction drawings and critical path schedules (CPM).
• Strong background in hazard identification and active safety compliance protocols.
• Deep understanding of construction methods, local building codes, trade jurisdictions, and regulatory standards.
• Prior experience with government agency contracts or federal oversight.
• Must be fluent in English (reading/writing/speaking).

Responsibilities

• Direct day‑to‑day on‑site production activities and ensure schedule adherence.
• Coordinate the work of all on‑site subcontractors.
• Identify site hazards and enforce safety compliance.
• Attend and participate in project partnering and quality control meetings.
• Maintain detailed daily logs of site conditions, manpower, and progress.
• Maintain continuous on-site presence until project completion and acceptance.
• Resolve field disputes to prevent delays.
• Maintain updated redline/as‑built drawings on‑site.
• Document field modifications and track labor/material expenditures.
• Lead investigation and reporting of near‑misses or safety violations with corrective action.
