Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee all aspects of assigned construction projects in Anaheim, CA. You will ensure work progresses on schedule and meets project specifications, coordinating on-site teams and subcontractors to drive safe, high-quality results.

You will lead daily field activities, manage project schedules, review RFIs and change orders, and walk the site to verify punch lists are completed in a timely manner while upholding company values and

Qualifications

Knowledge of safety policies and field supervision required.
Strong scheduling and coordination abilities needed.
Experience coordinating multiple trades on construction sites preferred.

Responsibilities

On site field coordination of employees and subcontractors.
Schedule all day to day activities and maintaining a project schedule.
Hold safety meetings and enforce safety policy.
Represent company values and policies.
Review all field change orders.
Generate and log all RFIs.
Code and track employee time cards.
Processing daily field reports and site photos.
Performing consistent quality control check on all trades.
Participate in construction meetings.
Walk project for completion, generating and managing punch lists and ensuring work is completed in accordance with plans and in a timely manner.
Keep a clean and organized site.
