Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of construction experience, including internships, co-ops, or other relevant experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and project documents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day construction activities on site with the Superintendent.
• Help keep projects moving according to plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, owners, and project team members to maintain clear communication and project progress.
